It spreads the pressure out to reduce stress on the thumb. The finger handle features a broad rest for your fingers, giving you more cutting power. This Classic shear features our Patent Pending Zero Gravity Tension System™ that stabilizes the blades making them stay sharp longer while moving like the blade is weightless.  The curve is pronounced and allows you to follow the contours of the coat creating natural rounded shapes.
